Key responsibilities include managing delinquent accounts, executing paperwork like leases and contracts, and communicating important announcements to residents across multiple channels. The role also involves acting as an administrative assistant to the operations manager, managing general office tasks, and handling monthly asset management fees. Additional duties include preparing expense reports, coordinating with legal counsel for annual filings, conducting market research, managing contact lists, and assisting residents with rent payments. Candidates should have experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate, proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and Dropbox, and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with property management software and knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools like Outlook and Doodle are also preferred.
